Chest
The buddle will appear during the production of the artificial
stone. Our company has solved the problem by adopting
the technology of discharging the buddle from non-curdling
artificial stone sheet on our vacuum chest in order to
ensure the quality of the product and lower the production
cost. The structure, material, hardness and tightness
of the equipment are perfectly designed and the operation
is easy which is one kind of high performance equipments.
1- The solid design and the adoption of the high-strength
rectangle steel tube ensure the equipment can bear the
1PA pressure. And the equipment can be adjusted horizontally.
2- Adjustable elastic double-door ensures the air tightness.
3- Two sets of illuminating and observational hole together
with the double air-venting valves are facilitating the
operation.
4- The high-precision butterfly valve is adopted on the
conjunction part between the vacuum pump and vacuum chest.
And the conjunction tube is made of the corrugated pipe
which is shock-proof and can bear the high pressure.
5- The vacuum power of the assistant vacuum pump is high
and air-venting speed is fast which guarantee the process
of air-venting within 2 minutes.
6- The size of chest can be customized.
