Room
The artificial stone sheet is dried by the drying room
after being off-mould in order to eliminate the inner
stress generated by the solidify-contractive reaction,
improve the hardness, brightness, heat-proof, shock-proof,
stretch-proof of the product and prevent the warp, chromatism
and crisp up, also increase the production efficiency.
The structure, material, hardness and tightness of the
equipment are perfectly designed and the operation is
easy which is one kind of high performance equipments.
1- The infrared ray heating technology is adopted,
which is high-efficiency.
2- The circular heating system is distributed evenly
thanks to the heating fan will generate the heating
wind then distribute them through tunnel into the drying
room.
3- The temperature is precise thanks to the adaptation
of the high-precise temperature controller which warp
is ±3℃ and uses the over-heating protected fitting to
reduce the incident rate caused by the artificial and
mechanical malfunction. Besides, the auto thermostatic
apparatus is also equipped which realizes the auto-reheating
as soon as the temperature is lower than the setting
one.
4- The size of room can be customized.
