The machine is invented based on the new crushing theory
with unique structure, which is high efficient, energy-saving
and has conquered the difficult problems such as the heat
generation, large quantity of scrap and low crushing efficiency
during the running.
Characteristics:
1- The machine is designed uniquely which realize the
improvement of crushing quality. The amount of the scrap
generated by the machine is only 30% of the total scrap
generated by the traditional crusher. It is featured with
low energy-consumption, power-saving, equal size of the
pellet, easy operation and etc. The size of the pellet
made by the machine can be adjusted and the edge and corner
of the pellet can be kept.
2- The canister is equipped with circularly cooling water
to lower the working temperature of canister and prevent
the color of pellet being changed.
